In the United Arab Emirates, the Real Madrid Foundation's socio-sporting school has been set up in collaboration with Baniyas Sports and the Interior Ministry at the sporting facilities of the Abu Dhabi police force. The beneficiaries of the school participate in sports sessions and workshops on non-violent conflict resolution, developing their communication skills. The socio-sporting programme has had a notable impact on social integration amongst young people in immigrant Arab communities.
