Abalde: “We lacked energy”
“We’ve got to have to pick ourselves up and work towards our next objectives for the season,” said the Galician player.
Alberto Abalde spoke after the final against Unicaja Málaga at the Gran Canaria Arena: “They were superior and I think they were a point above us in almost everything. They were tougher, they were more accurate and they read the game better. We have to grow, be more consistent and solid to win titles this year“.
”We lacked many things, especially more energy, whereas they were still at it. They planned the game very well and we were always on the back foot. We can only congratulate them, recover and work towards the next objectives for the season”.
