Real Madrid C. F. have reached an agreement with North American point guard Dennis Smith Jr. to join the club until the end of the season.
Picked by Dallas Mavericks in the 2017 NBA Draft, Dennis Smith Jr. was part of the second best rookie five in his first season in the USA. After spending time with the Dallas Mavericks, where he shared his second campaign with madridista legend Luka Doncic, he went on to play for the New York Knicks, Detroit Pistons, Portland Trail Blazers, Charlotte Hornets and Brooklyn Nets. At 27 years of age, Dennis Smith Jr. joins the club after 7 seasons in the NBA.
