The Real Madrid Foundation to take its educational methodology to South Africa
The country's first ‘Educational Football Programme’ gets underway on 13 January, marking a milestone in the expansion of the programme.
On 13 January, the Real Madrid Foundation will launch the first Educational Football Programme in South Africa in partnership with Ruznama, a strategic partner of the EFP in Oman over the past three seasons and also in Bahrain, and with the support of local partner Generation.
The programme will be held at the Infinite Schools Modderfontein Montessori facility, located at 2 Harley St, Modderfontein, Edenvale, 1645. This pioneering project aims to incorporate the Real Madrid Foundation's methodology, which combines football training and values, benefiting boys and girls in the region.
In 2025, the initiative plans to expand with the opening of a second site in another city in South Africa, strengthening the Foundation's commitment to promote sport as a tool for inclusion and education around the world.
