Mr. José Manuel de Carlos Grau presided the meeting with Mr. Juan Raúl Castellanos Tarragó, acting as secretary. To this effect it is hereby noted:
On January 19, 2025, at 8:01 pm in Madrid at the headquarters of the Real Madrid Football Club Electoral Board, the gentlemen listed previously were gathered to discuss and decide on the matters listed below.
With only one candidacy proclaimed by this Electoral Board and under article 40, section E, point 2 of the current Bylaws of the Club, Mr. Florentino Pérez Rodríguez is proclaimed President of Real Madrid and the Board of Directors of Real Madrid is proclaimed the candidacy integrated by:
