Collaboration agreement between the Real Madrid Graduate School – Universidad Europea and the University of North Carolina

The Real Madrid Graduate School – Universidad Europea and the University of North Carolina have reached an agreement to offer the North American university's students the chance to enjoy an international study experience in Madrid. The goal is to give the students in-depth, practical knowledge, providing a dual American-European look at the business and leadership techniques used by one of the biggest brands in the world, Real Madrid.

The Real Madrid Graduate School – Universidad Europea's director general Emilio Butragueño spoke highly of the alliance: “We're delighted to establish a partnership with a prestigious university like North Carolina. The collaboration seeks to provide a unique, impactful educational experience that combines classes in North Carolina and Madrid, led by renowned figures from the sports industry."

Different programs
The students will have the chance to complete a Winter or Autumn program that includes four optional courses and another project-based subject, for a total of 15 hours' worth of credit; or a seven-week Summer program with one optional course and one project-based subject, for a total of 6 hours' worth of credit.

All programs will allow the students to complete a project-based course, working side-by-side with the prestigious companies that collaborate with the Real Madrid Graduate School – Universidad Europea. The partnership also includes White Week, which sees various professionals from Real Madrid and the sporting world deliver master classes, and visits to the club's facilities.

This course offers a unique opportunity to work in an international setting that promotes entrepreneurial spirit. The students will put into practice values like leadership, integrity and excellence on a daily basis. The goal is to train ethical future leaders who are well-versed in the historic values of Real Madrid.
