“We want to stay in the fight for the LaLiga title,” said Carlo Ancelotti at the press conference ahead of the match. The Italian will be without the team's top scorer, Mbappé, due to suspension. However, Camavinga, who did not play in the last match against Arsenal, is available. Madrid have plenty of options up front and will be able to call upon, among others, Vini Jr.Bellingham and Rodrygo.

Athletic Club
The Basque side are having an excellent season and started this matchday in the Champions League places with a record of 15 wins, 12 draws and four defeats. They visit the Bernabéu full of confidence after picking up points in 21 of their last 22 LaLiga matches as well as qualifying for the Europa League semi-finals. Their main attacking threat is Sancet, who has scored 15 goals in the competition.
