Real Madrid return to the Santiago Bernabéu five days after booking their place in the Copa del Rey final. This afternoon they host Valencia on matchday 30 of this league season (4:15pm CEST; Dazn) aiming to secure a win that will allow them to continue fighting for the title with eight games left to play.

A new victory in our stadium against the Valencian outfit will give Ancelotti's team a confidence boost ahead of the UEFA Champions League quarter-final first leg against Arsenal on Tuesday at the Emirates Stadium (9pm CEST). In addition, Madrid have made the Bernabéu a fortress in this final stretch of the season after going 13 games unbeaten, 11 of which were victories.

“It's an important moment in the season and we're motivated,” Ancelotti said at the press conference before the match. The Italian will be able to call upon Kylian Mbappé: the French striker is in superb form in LaLiga. He has scored five goals in the last three matches against Leganés, Villarreal and Rayo Vallecano. He will be joined in attack by Vini Jr. and Bellingham, who were key in the semi-final second leg against Real Sociedad.

The team managed by Corberán started the matchday in fifteenth position with a record of seven wins, ten draws and twelve defeats. However, Ancelotti's men cannot take lightly an opponent that has managed to remain unbeaten in their last four matches. Diego López and Hugo Duro are the key men in attack with seven goals each.
