Fede Valverde recorded his 200th victory with Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey clash against Leganés. After the cup tie, the Uruguayan said: “I'm pleased for the win and to progress in the cup. Until the second goal, we played well. We played the ball from one side to the other, moving quickly, looking for space and attacking. That's the attitude all players should have and we have to keep improving.”

Valverde reached this milestone after making 295 appearances for Real Madrid, in which he scored 29 goals. His first win came on his first-team debut on 23 October 2018 at the Santiago Bernabéu. Since then, he has lifted 14 trophies as a Madridista. His 200 victories are spread over five competitions: LaLiga (136), Champions League (37), Copa del Rey (16), Club World Cup (2), Spanish Super Cup (6), Uefa Super Cup (2) and Intercontinental Cup (1). His most successful season was 2023/24, when he won 40 games.
