Real Madrid close a memorable 2024 with five trophies
The Whites matched the best year in their history after clinching the Champions League, LaLiga, the Intercontinental Cup, the Uefa Super Cup and the Spanish Super Cup.

Real Madrid bring to an end a successful and unforgettable 2024 in which they have lifted five trophies, a feat they had only achieved once before in their 122-year history (in 2017). The Whites end the year having won the Champions League, LaLiga, the Uefa Super Cup, the Spanish Super Cup and the Intercontinental Cup, as the club continues to add to a legendary silverware list.
The club's first trophy came on 14 January 2024, which was their 13th Spanish Super Cup secured after defeating Barcelona in the final in Riyadh (4-1). Ancelotti's side produced a superb performance spearheaded by Vini Jr. who grabbed a hat-trick. Rodrygo sealed the win with the fourth goal. Before reaching the final, Real Madrid eliminated Atlético in another thrilling game, which was settled in extra time (5-3).
36th LaLiga crown
In May, the Whites clinched their 36th Liga title with four games to go in the competition. Ancelotti’s team moved to the top of the table after matchday 18 and were the team that conceded the least goals, beating their record of clean sheets, and they also finished as top scorers.
La Decimoquinta
On 1 June 2024, Real Madrid enhanced their European Cup legacy by clinching La Decimoquinta after defeating Borussia Dortmund (0-2) in the final at Wembley. Carvajal and Vini Jr. scored the goals and were named MVP of the final and best player of the Champions League respectively. The memorable moments in the quarter- and semi-finals against Manchester City and Bayern Munich will live long in the memory of all Madridistas.
6th Uefa Super Cup
At the start of the 2024/25 campaign, the club secured their fourth trophy of the year. In August, Real Madrid and Atalanta went head to head in the final of the Uefa Super Cup, which was played in Warsaw. The Madridistas lifted the trophy for the sixth time courtesy of goals from Valverde and Mbappé. Bellingham was named MVP of the final.
World champions for the 9th time
On 18 December, Real Madrid claimed the Intercontinental Cup for the ninth time in their history with a 3-0 defeat of Pachuca at the Lusail stadium in Qatar. The goals in the final came from Mbappé, Rodrygo and Vini Jr.
