Atlético-Real Madrid: Derby with Copa de la Reina semi-final spot at stake
The Whites go into the quarter-finals at the Centro Deportivo Alcalá de Henares (9pm CET).
Real Madrid are in action this evening in the first of two Madrid derbies in a week. On this occasion, the madridistas take on Atlético in the quarter-finals of the Copa de la Reina (9pm CET). Should they progress, they will then play in the semi-finals, a two-legged tie, on 6 and 13 March.
The Whites go into the clash having beaten Betis 5-0 in the round of 16 at the Ciudad Deportiva Luis del Sol. On Saturday, Alberto Toril's side also overcame Valencia at the Alfredo Di Stéfano stadium (7-1) in the Liga F.

Meanwhile, Atlético beat Alavés 1-2 away from home in the previous round of matches. Real Madrid will face Atlético again next Wednesday, at the Centro Deportivo Alcalá de Henares, on matchday 14 of the Liga F (8pm CET).
