Real Madrid host Barcelona in the first leg of the Copa de la Reina semi-finals (7 pm CET). After beating Villarreal (0-2) and Real Sociedad (3-1), the Whites head into a two-legged tie with a place in the final up for grabs. The second leg will take place on Wednesday, 12 March, away from home.
Toril's side will be looking to sustain their scoring run to secure a favourable result in front of their home fans. In the last six games, they have scored 19 goals. Last time out, on Sunday, they emerged victorious from Athletic Club’s San Mamés courtesy of goals from Lakrar and Olga.

Madrid's opponents reached the semi-finals of the Copa del Reina after overcoming Costa Adeje Tenerife (2-6) and Madrid CFF (1-2) in the last 16 and quarter-finals, respectively. Their top scorer in the competition is Ewa Pajor, who has netted four goals.
