Toni Kroos was a key member of Real Madrid's squad during one of the most successful periods in the club's history. The German ace switched Bayern for Madrid in 2014 and went on to form a legendary midfield trio alongside Modrić and Casemiro, one that will live long in the memories of every fan of the beautiful game.

His exquisite technique, remarkable vision and passing precision saw him become a vital player to the team, ever since making his debut on 12 August  2014, in the European Super Cup final against Sevilla (a 2-0 win). He quickly gained a reputation as the madridista midfield metronome, a factor that would see him named in the starting XI for all five European Cup finals he played with our team.

His professionalism, commitment and heartfelt madridismo helped him build a truly spectacular honours list over the course of 10 seasons with Real Madrid. He lifted a total of 23 trophies in 465 games: 5 European Cups, 5 Club World Cups, 4 European Super Cups, 4 LaLiga titles, 1 Copa del Rey and 4 Spanish Super Cups.

Besides his successes with Real Madrid, Toni Kroos was also crowned world champion with Germany at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. For Bayern, he won 1 Champions League, 1 Club World Cup, 1 European Super Cup, 3 Bundesliga titles, 3 German Cups and 2 German Super Cups.

On an individual level, he was named in the FIFA FIFPRO World 11 on three occasions (2014, 2016 and 2017), elected the World's Best Playmaker in 2014 by the IFFHS and clinched the Golden Ball as the best player at the U-17 World Cup in Korea 2007.
