Chus Mateo: ‘It's an unprecedented final which adds more credibility to a hotly contested Liga’

Chus Mateo and Campazzo appeared before the media at the launch of the Liga Endesa final. The Real Madrid coach analysed the title series against UCAM Murcia, which starts this Saturday at the WiZink Center (8:30pm CEST): ‘It has been one of the most competitive Ligas I can remember. Now we have an unprecedented final, which gives more credit to this highly competitive league.'

Competitive DNA
‘We've played 83 games plus the one in Dallas. There's a lot of merit in what the team is doing, maintaining that competitive tension every day, and that speaks volumes about the strength of the team. I'm very proud and I hope my players can continue to display that competitive spirit in the final series.'
